Michele Fletcher: Aftertime at White Cube

Utterly beautiful contemplation on the subtle version of post-apocalyptic world, where lush vegetation grows freely and unrestrained across the surface of the Earth. Painted ‘wet on wet’ in a single sitting, the works are composed of elegant swirls and organic curls in vibrant colours with mesmerizing texture. If that is what the future holds for humanity — I am not sure if I mind that much.
