Exhibition

The title refers to a literal translation of a Korean meme and I think it’s something we are viscerally related to. Bombarded by visual information of various types and purposes, we are longing for the absence of it but simultaneously want novelty. Eagerness to buy a pair of fresh eyes, the desire to have this feeling of unfamiliarity is even more ironic in the art world where we all produce, look at, or think about imagery all day.
