The “Swim and Stroll” exhibition features the latest paintings by contemporary Hong Kong artist Corn Shuk Mei Ho from her two major series, including Night Swims and Botanical Garden Series with over 36 pieces of work.

Through these series of works, she explores the inner emotions of people from the experience of being in nature alone. Her works not only record the moment of stillness in the present, but also the atmospheric experience of the surroundings. For Corn, the characters depicted in these works are the “shells” which contain the long lasting emotions and atmospheres which exist beyond the materials used in creating these works.
