Feb 22 Mike Kelley: Subharmonic Tangerine Abyss at Hauser&Wirth

Inspired not only by the story of fictional city of Kandor from Superman comics but rather by its fragmented and vague description, Mike Kelley throughout several years had created multiple versions of the Bottle City. Some of them can be seen glowing softly in the darkness of a gallery room, accompanied by video art and lenticular images of the famous capital of the planet Krypton.
