Exhibition “If I Had a Dream” by MADSAKI at Perrotin Gallery

Exhibition “If I Had a Dream” by MADSAKI at Perrotin Gallery

Taking inspiration from Andy Warhol, cartoon characters, and some scenes from Hong Kong cinema classics, Madsaki is adding a new perspective not only by choosing spay paint as a medium, but also with his signature drippy eyes. I like how he’s referring to perfect art as boring in one of his interviews; guess his artworks are definitely not boring.

Exhibition period: 17.07 — 7.09.19

Gallery address: 17/F, 50 Connaught Road, Central.
