Exhibition “Why Not?” by Paola Pivi at Massimo de Carlo
Why not combine all the Vitra miniatures chairs (I still remember names of almost all these chairs and their designers!) into a chandelier? Why stop yourself when adding thousands beads to form an artwork that otherwise would be minimalistic geometrical composition? Why not place twelve colourful feathered bear paws along the walls making it look like a whimsical dance performance? Why not indeed.
