Exhibition “From the Body to the Body Through the Body” by Wing Po So at de Sarthe Gallery
When entering the gallery be prepared to see a fictional section of a natural history museum with fossilized traces of imaginary corn-like creatures. Carved plaster panels on the wall look like traces of these extinct creatures in sedimentary rocks. Breathing cocoon made of dried corn silk occupies the larger space of the gallery, inviting to enter it (or to crouch into) and experience the cozy twilight space filled with a sweet smell of corn silk.
Exhibition period: 7 – 21.09
Gallery address: 20/F, Global Trade Square, Wong Chuk Hang
