Not sure about the universe but these intricate paper cut works definitely are luxurious and exquisite. The mixture of traditional and modern imagery is obvious even in the titles—Butterflies/Genome and Plum Blossoms/Webb Telescope; how cool are those?—and just after couple of seconds spent in front of them your eyes will be traveling across the paper lace, enchanted by more and more details.
