This one would be short. It’s Isa Genzken.
Is it possible to fit more than 40 years of career in one exhibition? No.
Is it possible to speak about extremely diverse and experimental art practice in a short post? No.
Is Isa Genzken an artist that is easy to understand? Well, you can guess the answer.
Do I recommend seeing the exhibition? Yes, because that’s one of the goals of art — to move ever so slightly the borders of familiar and comfortable, to discover new and explore the unknown, and to learn a thing or two about yourself.
