Gallery Jeeum is pleased to showcase Russian artist Yulia Shautsukova's latest watercolour and oil works of daily inspirations she encountered in our beloved city, having proudly lived in Hong Kong for the past 10 years. Each painting is based on multiple photos that artist Yulia takes of the same scene time after time, until she catches the 'right light'.

The seemingly mundate scenes are all skilfully composed and thought through, combining the artist's artistic techniques with what the city has to offer at their best moments.
