a|n Gallery proudly presents "Contemporary Romantics", a group show of five young HK artists Alan Cheung, Hector Chan, Livy Leung, Winnie Hui and Matthew So. Curated by Hiya Lee, the exhibition showcases the efforts of these five talented artists to explore the complex, romantic elements of contemporary life. To them, the notion of "romance" is no longer the simple gesture of falling in love with the world and themselves. It contains a secretive romantic/love sick side of the contemporary generation. Through various aesthetics methods and strong visual languages, the artists reveal their notion of "romantic", and invite the viewers to stay true to love - to ourselves and who we love.

The exhibition opens from 8-23/12/2022.
