Cheer Bell Gallery proudly presents Hong Kong ink artist Brenda Hong’s first solo exhibition with us. The exhibition will run from 2 January through 11 February 2021. You are warmly welcome to visit us on 2 January 2021, the opening day of the exhibition.

This solo exhibition “Rhapsody” is named after Brenda’s latest series. It is about a mythological Chinese poem describing the creation of the Cosmos: “The sky was bluish-gray and the earth was reddish yellow; the universe was vast and dark”. “Pangu” – the origin of how all beings were born in such chaos. He created the sun and moon with his eyes, and mountains with his arms. His blood became rivers, and his body the universe.
