Ah, what a joy and privilege it is to observe how the artist is developing and broadening specific themes in his practice. In these works Stephen Thorpe continues to examine and explore the hidden — and rather colourful — corners of the mind, using number of psychoanalytic, archetypal, metaphorical and pop-cultural references.
