I enjoy visiting artists and seeing their studios. I show them the way I see them, hopefully revealing something interesting.

Mar 4 Pixy Liao: Comfort Zone at Blindspot

Gentle, tender, sassy, provocative and humorous. I remember thinking that photographs of Pixy Liao and her partner Moro are about reverse power dynamics in relationships. Now I feel that it’s not the main point: they are exploration of the relationships, personal and artistic, the synergy that can occur when the push-pull stage has passed, the presence and participation. And the comfort zone in all the possible meanings, of course.
