Very Korean and very Dansaekhwa paintings. Using a thumb, a pallet knife or a dry brush Cho Yong-Ik produced rows and rows of distinct marks, creating rhythmic “wave”or “bamboo” patterns. Perfect exhibition for a calm meditative visit.
