Frank Vingeron and Liu Ke: The Problem of Untitled at Lucie Chang Fine Arts

Both abstract and conceptual art notoriously overuse “Untitled" as a title for artworks. Certainly there are plenty of reasons to leave your painting basically nameless but it’s funny to think how many different in terms of medium and meaning works are there, united by ambiguous name. (Most of the works at the exhibition aren’t named Untitled though; missed opportunity).
